THE MAIN BLOCKS OF THE TEXT IN TEACHING TRANSLATION

The article deals with the main ways of teaching to translate some material in non-linguistic high schools and the author describes the main elements of the translation process. To take into account all the main and important elements of text translation process is crucial for getting the correct translated and its perception by the recipient.

On the basis of functionalism the author differentiates meaningful elements of translation, distinguishes the main blocks of the text, that help to perceive it and to get resultative approach in teaching to translate from one language to another. 

The author notes that the quality of translation largely depends on the reproduction of the original style. It is also a prerequisite for translation to take into account the specificity of the nature and structure of the types of compositional forms of speech that contribute to the selection of material according to its functional significance. 

On the material of fiction and scientific texts the author has supplemented the parameters, influencing adequate translation: considering the text units (super-phrasal unity), considering logical and semantic relationships between the components of the whole. Description is applied in the process of translation - the method of presentation, in which the events, objects, phenomena are revealed by their detailisation, identification and description of particular traits. 

In particular, for the scientific style of texts descriptive and reflective type of compositional speech form is peculiar. Description in fiction texts is not dominant and performs representational function. The main difference between the scientific description and one in fiction is that in presenting scientific concepts the speaker / writer concentrates on the disclosure of the essence of these concepts. 

As it turned out, the dominant type of relationship between the components of the whole is an explanatory type of logical-
semantic relations.
