The article deals with the main components of the communication process. The authors examine the various forms of business communication style, rigor in the selection of vocabulary, reveal the basic concepts of communication and emphasizes in business 
communication. The purpose of the article is for the reader to get acquainted with the peculiarities of business communication style, its functions, goals and benefits in the use of speech.
