The article analyzes the socio-philosophical foundations of language and communication as an integral part of the modern philosophy of language. The main goal is to illuminate the theoretical and practical aspects of the philosophy of language, including the conceptual foundations of language and its interaction with public relations. The philosophical understanding and explanation of the essence of language is one of the most difficult problems of science. Therefore, in the past, the study of the theory of language and the philosophy of language has become one of the fundamental sections of philosophy of science. Indeed, in the scientific and theoretical study of the philosophical and methodological aspects of language, reference to language is determined by any ontology and a universal component of the theory of knowledge.

As a result of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that today the linguistic, philosophical, semiotic, cultural and theoretical aspects are one of the main problems in the relationship between language and communication. It should be noted that in modern science, the philosophical analysis of language means the study of the hermeneutic aspects of the philosophy of language. This allows you to study language analysis from two perspectives.

Firstly, while the study of language analytics is important as a philosophical problem, secondly, from a hermeneutic point of view, it expresses the specific understanding and explanatory features of the system of linguistic communication. Also important is the classical understanding and interpretation of the philosophy of the language. Some scientific studies have used the ontological and linguistic aspects of human creative thinking.
