The study of the personal psychological characteristics and culturally determined national world picture influence on the perception of the text created by the foreign language cultural consciousness is an important area of the research. The problem of studying language as an attribute of the person is examined in conjunction with his emotional sphere which is relevant in the light of increased attention to the issues of bi- and multilingualism, and the intercultural interaction depends on the solution of this problem. The perception of the humorous text in the conditions of the conceptual spheres differences of the communicator and the recipient is related to the interpretation and evaluation of the information received. In this study, an attempt is made to identify the emotional component of perception of Russian anecdote by a foreign-language consciousness and native speakers of Russian linguoculture. The work brings to a new level the consideration of the role of the emotions as a mechanism which organize the perception of the text, since special attention is paid to the specifics of perception and interiorization of the emotional and semantic dominant of a foreign humorous text.
