INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN TERMS OF BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT
Business communication is treated as a cross-cultural communication between business partners of different linguaculture with a purpose of attaining the goals set or exchange of information. An emphasis is put on the peculiarities of social grace and phatic function of language. Business communication requires special knowledge of language norms, but also broad competencies that are formed on the basis of knowledge from a wide range of different scientific fields. In the article an important place is given to the linguistic and cultural
specifics of interaction, linguoculture communication is carried out according to principles and norms that may have significant differences.
