LINGUISTIC FEATURES OF INTERNET MICROBLOGGING

This article examines the characteristics of the communication process in the virtual space. It is an attempt to describe, analyze and characterize the features of computer-mediated communication basing on the methods of structural analysis, generalization, observation and to define general and specific regularities of verbal behavior of microblog users.
