LINGUISTIC AND STYLISTIC PECULIARITIES OF FRENCH SURREALIST POETRY ILLUSTRATED THROUGH WORK OF GUILLAUME APOLLINAIRE

The article deals with essential structural, lexical and grammatical peculiarities of the French poem, considering as an example the works a representative of the surrealism poetic movement Guillaume Apollinaire. In order to demonstrate variety and abundance of the language means used by poets of the avant-garde period, the multilevel analysis of a fragment of his poem is provided.
